Cajun Cooking from the Garden

 

 All Cooking from the Garden workshops will be led by Chef Michael Staver, award-winning barbeque chef and co-founder/co-owner of Brightflower Nursery (http://www.brightflowernursery.com/index.html), producer of the organic seedlings we feature at Grand Street Gardens.


Chef Michael is a chef/instructor at Kendall Culinary College and the University of Illinois at Chicago, teaching The Art of Barbeque, Food Science, Cheese Making and Vegetarian Cooking. He has also been featured in the Chicago Tribune.
